Bonding prevents proper behavior of wpa_supplicant. In
particular, it causes a disconnect:

> CTRL-EVENT-DISCONNECTED - Disconnect event - remove keys
> l2_packet_receive - recvfrom: Network is down

further scanning attempts by wpa_supplicant fail.

I am not sure if this is a problem with wpa_supplicant
or ifenslave, but either one works fine alone.
