Package: wpasupplicant
Version: 0.6.9-3
Severity: important
Config details
==========================
Running ndiswrapper with Broadcom wireless chipset:
09:00.0 Ethernet controller: Broadcom Corporation NetXtreme BCM5755M
Gigabit Ethernet PCI
Express (rev 02)
0c:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4328 802.11a/b/g/n
(rev 03)
ndiswrapper is loaded ok, wlan associates fine with open or WEP APs:
bcmwl5 : driver installed
device (14E4:4328) present (alternate driver: ssb)
wpa_supplicant.conf:
network={
ssid="haunting"
id_str="wlan0_haunting"
scan_ssid=1
proto=WPA
key_mgmt=WPA-PSK
pairwise=TKIP
psk="somepassword"
priority=4
}
Problem
===========================================
Connecting to WPA APs produces random success. For instance:
a) First execution run smoothly. Connected to AP and obtained IP
with DHCP.
b) Second execution and subsequent ones fails.
Repeated error:
CTRL-EVENT-DISCONNECTED - Disconnect event - remove keys
