Was fixed, but appears again in 2.6.30. Reopening the old one would have 
the same effect or would be merged to the new one.

Not sure that's the best to do: remember that rmmod/modprobe iwl3945 
(one or few times in the raw) bring generally everything back to normal 
till next failure.
