> Modifying the /etc/network/interfaces & changing nueromatic to wlan1 works as expected: wpa_action initiates the default profile, starting dhcp & everythings great & as expected. Issue appears to originate from the physical-logical mapping, wlan1=nueromatic, which causes the "interface wlan1 already configured" error.
In /etc/wpa_supplicant/functions.sh, line 964 the script test wether the
interface ($WPA_IFACE) is already up. If so, it adds the option
"--force" to the call to /sbin/ifup to suppress the mentioned error.
The testing is done by comparing the contents of ifstate file
($IFSTATE_FILE) to "^$WPA_IFACE=$WPA_IFACE". If this would be only
compared to "^$WPA_IFACE=" it should fix the error.
