[pkg-wpa-devel] Bug#577478: /etc/ifplug/action.d/action_wpa is a bad idea.

Well, maybe for you, but I don't want it to do that; I haven't
configured it to do that; I cannot configure it to not do that; and it
isn't documented anywhere that it does that.
