Hi,

iw in sid is out of date, it lacks a couple of commands.
Would you please consider updating?  See also

The current version of iw is 0.9.19.

I've built 0.9.19 and a current git version of iw against the libnl
package in sid, both compiled without problems and seem to work fine.
