Debian's frozen, hard. When unstable is open slather again it'd be up for
discussion if we upload 0.7.X as exists in pkg-wpa svn now or move to the
0.8.X development branch early and wait for it to stabilize over the next
release period (which is pretty much what we've done in the past).

For now, I'm just sitting pretty on the package that was in unstable
before the release managers closed the gate.
