It's unlikely I can attend to this matter before the end of the week
(ie 1st week december) and every day that passes, as you know, it becomes
harder to make this possible for Squeeze. I cannot reproduce/test this
problem either, so justification for allowing this would probably be stronger
from someone who does suffer from this problem.

All that said, it'd be perfect for me if you were to do an NMU with this
upstream patch ASAP, bump this severity to serious and provide justification
to release team. I'd be happy to help answer any questions that the release
team have.
