Oh, but Ludovic did change his mind and uploaded pcsc-lite 1.7.0-1
(current version being 1.7.2-1) closing 612971, with libpcsclite1
recommending instead of dependong on pcscd, the same version switched
from hal to libudev but that should not really matter anymore.

So, given this I don't really see why pcsc-lite support would need to
be disabled.
