I'm tempted to do that, but would hate to think that could make potential users
of wpasupplicant's ability to interface with pcsc have a much harder time
on Debian. What got us here is mostly due to pcsc maintainers unwillingness
to move shared lib to /lib, and using an inappropriately strong relationship
between related packages.

   * Remove 08_pcsc_dynamic.patch and forget the idea about dynamically
     loading libpcsc. (Closes: #618719)
   * Build with support for pcsc and link with libpcsc. Reopens #531592
     and #612715.
