[pkg-wpa-devel] merge of wpasupplicant/hostapd src package into "wpa"

I've obviously been too busy with other things (in and out of Debian) to
even have an opinion on how things must be done in pkg-wpa.

Feel free to do whatever is necessary, I have absolute faith in your
decisions and actions — even if I didn't, you are the ones doing the
work and hence you get to decide :-)

Also feel free to remove me from Uploaders, it's been quite some time
since I last acted as a maintainer in those packages.

That being said and as I've stated before, I'm available for sponsoring
uploads and even advocating you into finally being a DD^WDebian Member.
