Hi,

I gave this another try. Did a purge, started everything from scratch.
Exact same error. Now I tried to run hostapd in foreground mode, here is
what I got with double debug output:

[...snip...]
Driver does not support configured HT capability [DELAYED-BA]
wlan0: Unable to setup interface.
Flushing old station entries
Deauthenticate all stations
rmdir[ctrl_interface]: No such file or directory
nl80211: Remove interface ifindex=17
netlink: Operstate: linkmode=0, operstate=6
nl80211: Set mode ifindex 4 iftype 2 (STATION)

Then I removed that HT capability, and it seems to work fine.

This is a Sparklan WPEA-127N card, I would believe it is pretty advanced
and should support these advanced features. I don't know who's at fault
here, can you help me with that? And why did it cause an error now? A: it
didn't support this feature before either, but it didn't cause an error in
0.7. B: this feature broke in 1.0.

Best regards,
József
