[pkg-wpa-devel] Bug#683281: iw: Please update README.Debian which contains information from 2008

Dear Debian folks,


it would be awesome if you updated `README.Debian`. It was written in
2008 and I would guess that in 2012 the interfaces have stabilized.

I would even like to see this in for Wheezy to provide people reading
the documentation with up to date information.
