* drop version qualifiers for libnl3 build dependencies, as they're
  fullfilled by wheezy.
* drop version qualifiers for the lsb-base build dependency, as they're
  fullfilled by squeeze.
* shorten short description for hostapd.
* sort debian/control entries.
