[pkg-wpa-devel] Bug#790326: Driver Wext works but not nl80211

I have installed a wifi card from a T500 into my T61, the issues are 
still the same: wext works, but nl80211 does not.

I could try booting the Wheezy live CD again with this card, but I don't 
see the point since it worked with the other card. Clearly since 
everything worked fine at work, something else is at play here. I am 
suspecting some issue with the interaction between my home router and 
software. I have a newer 802.11n capable access point ordered and on the 
way.

Still confused as to why this is not more wide spread, the T61 laptop, 
at least a few years ago was very popular. But perhaps the WG102 router 
it is connecting to is not so popular... On the WG102, I have tried 
restoring to defaults and setting various different crypto options for 
WPA/WPA2 as well, all the same outcome.
