[pkg-wpa-devel] Bug#875233: [wpa] Future Qt4 removal from Buster

Upstream has already ported wpa_gui to Qt5 [1], which has also been
released in 2.5.
Changing build dependencies and selecting Qt5 during build should be
sufficient to fix this bug.
