Please give pre-upload feedback on unblock request for package x2goclient
Locally, I have prepare x2goclient 4.0.3.1-1. It fixes two RC bugs for
x2goclient that got introduced with 4.0.3.0.
Desktop sharing / helpdesk functionality got broken with 4.0.3.0:
- Fix (cross-)user desktop sharing / helpdesk functionality (Closes:
#770963).
In 4.0.3.0, session profiles are not configurable on small screens:
- Split up session profile dialog's "Settings" tab into a "Input/Output"
tab and a media tab (Closes: #770962).
Furthermore, it fixes an upstream bug that wasn't reported to Debian. The
fix is relevant for people that use X2Go Client in enterprise setups:
- If a session broker is used with X2Go Client, allow configuration of
audio settings through the broker.
I have sat down and greatly improved the man page of X2Go Client:
- Greatly improved man page.
The changes for fixing #770962 required touching all .ts (translation)
files of X2Go Client. Also the Danish translation had been updated.
- Updated (upstream) translation files.
The debdiff between 4.0.3.0-1 and 4.0.3.1-1 is attached.
