It won't.

Yup, absolutely but also to avoid any potential errors.  Given dbus is
changing they should file bugs on any packages of ours that need the
dependency so we should deal with it at that level.

Also consider that we upload x86 packages but say the same night new
dbus gets enters sid.  If some slow arch builds dbus before us then
potentially we could end up with packages that built with the old dbus
and the packages built with the new one which is just evil.

Better to be explicit I think.
