[Pkg-xfce-devel] Consensus on Maintainer: and Uploader: fields?

I prefer the second.  There's no real reason any one person should have
more ownership over particular packages than any others.

I need to talk to madkiss about the main packages but I imagine they'll
go the same way even if they don't end up using cdbs.
