[Pkg-xfce-devel] Testing progression and sorting out the goodies

I've just added build-dependencies on a >= 4.2.2 version of the panel
and panel-dev as this is what is now stopping Xfce migrating into
testing.

Ideally:
	clipman
	datetime
	diskperf
	netload
	showdesktop
	systemload
	wavelan
would be uploaded today.  I've set them as urgency high.
Once they are built then we should just be waiting two days.

However the goodies have never been my strong point.  I've also updated
some of the other goodies to put them in unstable and to give them all
panel dependencies.  Can someone please check them over?  Also checking
for new versions upstream would be good.

I've just done the quick fix here to get Xfce into testing but I think
the goodies need a little bit more love.
