[Pkg-xfce-devel] lib packages name and soname

Hi, I've been working on make lintian happy for the new 4.2.3
packages, one of the issues is libs package naming. 
Although changing the name to fix them is quite trivial and I did
commit this to svn, I'd like to let you know in case I'm missing
something.
