The (now) xfwm4-themes are accessible via Settings > Window Manager >
Style
Other themes are in Settings > User Interface.
I think this bug is really against the old 4.0.x themes.
I think the documentation is mostly going to go unnoticed. Do you want
me to add README.Debian pointers to the settings manager for these?
