Sorry, there will be one package - compositing will be off if you don't
have the XComposite extension and turned off at runtime by the timing
check that upstream put in.
I don't see the advantage of two packages at all really given it will be
turned off if it's not there/too slow.
Feel free to try to persuade me though if you have benchmarks.
