I acknowledge this bug. It has been reported upstream[1] and there was a
discussion on Xfce mailing list about it. 

There is no real work on this (because it's Xfce 4.4 release time and
people don't have time, I guess), but you could comment on Xfce bugzilla
if you really need this feature.
