Ok, i've rebuilt everything and done some checkdiffs/lintian checks
(there are some, but mostly missing manpages)

I'll try to ping daf and ask him if he can upload and how he wants me to
send him the packages (upload to mentors.debian.net or some other place,
etc.)

I'll upload packages listed here[1] minus some untested packages (dict
plugin, cpu-freq plugin..).

After this upload I'll have some work about desktop-base packages:
hacking libxfce4util to enable settings to be taken from a /var folder
so distributions (or sites, etc.) can have defaults settings.

I've no real plan for this, but will certainly add a new package
(xfce4-settings or something like that) which will maintain this, and on
which package which install settings will have to depend on. Everything
isn't really clear for me either, but I'll let you know :)
