I've forwarded this upstream, Xfce is in a release cycle currently, I
doubt this will implemented before Xfce 4.4.0, nor if upstream will be
interested by implementing this ""protocol"".

In the meanwhile, you can use "pkill xfwm && compiz".

(but compiz doesn't really play nice with other tools, like panel and
xfdesktop)
