[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#372823: xfce4: getting to the "settings manager" requires an unneeded extra click

I have two different behaviours here, as shown in the attached 
screenshots (they're in french but that shouldn't be a problem).
One menu only shows a link to the general settings panel.
The other one shows the general panel and all subpanels.

I'm not sure it's what Michael meant, but it seems to be related.

Running Debian lenny with
menu 2.1.33
xfce4 4.3.99.2
