I wasn't sure where to file xfce4-timer-plugin bugs.

We had a Debian bug that you should include libxfcegui4/dialogs.h in
xfcetimer.c so as not to implicitly convert pointers.

Perhaps if you do another release you could fix this (or someone could
fix it in SVN so that when it's next released it is fixed already).
