Yeah, at least it doesn't stop at 9 now. :-)

No, I'm using openbox.
I just logged into XFCE to have a look, and after finally finding these
settings - I was looking at the keyboard settings, not with the window
manager - the same problem still applies: If I configure Ctrl+9 as
shortcut for Desktop 9, I can't have Win+9 as shortcut _for the same
operation_ at the same time. I'd really like being able to assigning the
same functionality to more than one keyboard combination.
