This patch is taken from upstream (see
http://bugzilla.xfce.org/show_bug.cgi?id=2356 ). I preferred using the
patch actually commited to the tree (already present in latest thunar).

I guess it'd be better with the patch (crash when selecting lots of file
can be really painfull) but if you think it's too invasive for Etch I'm
ok with it and can prepare another package without it.
