[Pkg-xfce-devel] xfce4-xmms-plugin: wrong dependency?

It's been a while since I looked but yes I believe they are needed.  I
seem to remember it works out which to use at runtime based on files in
these -dev packages.  It is a little silly but we can't really radically
alter upstream's package.
