[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#414649: orage: did not update for daylight savings time

orage currently displays the wrong time.  i am on EST, and daylight
savings just occurred (this is a new change, normally it happens three 
weeks from now).  since then, my orage clock stayed on the old time, 
which is one hour behind the correct time.

note that the gnome clock (on the same system) displays the correct
time.
