This isn't right.

http://goodies.xfce.org/releases/xfce4-cpu-freq-plugin/ doesn't exist.

http://goodies.xfce.org/releases/xfce4-cpufreq-plugin/ does but we have
separate packaging for that.

The xfce4-cpufreq-plugin and xfce4-cpu-freq-plugin are different and a
bit confused right now.  I'm not sure which we are supposed to be
pushing.  I think Yves-Alexis did a summary of the differences somewhere
but I can't find it.
