Mhmh, I couldn't really reproduce this as we don't have multi-head setups.
Moreover, with xrandr 1.2 it's not really possible anymore to have non
xinerama-like dual head setups.

If you still have a working setup, can you retest with xfce4-terminal 0.2.6?
