Well, exo-utils is preferred. And it should, shouldn't it? In any case, I don't
think there are any tools which automatically install Suggests - they are simply
presented as alternatives. Since exo-utils will be the preferred alternative, I
think it should be first.

Anyway, I've uploaded the new xdg-utils now.
