Well, it says exactly that. It can't use all to shutdown, so it uses
sudo. There's already a bug report about trying to use hal for shutdown.
Please try not to file duplicates or useless bugs, thanks. And please
file them on the good package at least.

It's nice to see people using our packages and reporting bugs, but when
it doesn't help to improve, it's not that useful.
