2.6.25 is expected on april, after the first upcry in january.
resulting in fixed hal and gnome power manager we will see what
falls aparts after the next upload, revert if necessary.

no we won't guarantee CONFIG_ACPI_PROCFS_POWER for lenny.
time for userspace to act.
afaik that interface disapears with .26
