No, I just noticed that xfdesktop and the menu panel plugin sometimes
start to suck memory in Debian Sid when I used storage devices or
optical discs. I just described some details of my setup, for the case
that it matters.

I already did for the first leak, in the Xfce bugilla. I didn't had the
time to create valgrind output for the second leak yet.

Actually, It's not that easy, because the usual reply is "please run
valgrind with that and that option", the next reply is "please run the
application with that and that GLIB environment variable set", and then
nothing happens. So at least a link to exact instructions how to run
Xfce apps in valgrind should be supplied when suggesting to post the
valgrind output.
