[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#483565: xfwm4: No way to stop windows on other workspaces popping up in current workspace when they grab focus.

If you're working in one workspace, and a window in another workspace 
tries to grab focus, it transfers itself out of the workspace it's in to 
the workspace you're in.

For an example, try running iceweasel/firefox in one workspace, then 
type in a terminal in another workspace: iceweasel http://www.debian.org/

The iceweasel instance grabs focus, and transfers itself to your 
current workspace. I've also seen this effect with audacity.

"Activate focus stealing prevention" makes the rogue window transfer to 
the back layer of the current workspace, rather than the front layer.
