It doesn't match, but there's this line in the file:
<option name="Xfwm/ThemeName" type="string" value="Default"/>

Which explains what happened, I guess...

Just reporting my experience...

Yes.
I'f I remember correctly, the most erratic of all was Alt+F5 for
maximize, but it wasn't the only one.
