Should not libthunar-vfs-1-2 depends on libfam0 "OR" libgamin0 ?
Because now it depends only on libfam0 and:

"Gamin has been designed as a drop-in replacement for FAM with security
and maintainability in mind and can use Linux's advanced inotify
service when available."

I have tested Thunar and it seems to work also with libgamin0.
