Hello Debian Xfce Maintainers,

There is a circular dependency between libxfconf-0-2 and xfconf:

libxfconf-0-2 	:Depends: xfconf
xfconf 	:Depends: libxfconf-0-2 (>= 4.6.0)

Circular dependencies involving shared libraries are known to cause problems
during upgrade between stable releases, so we should try to get rid of them.
