It seems 'cdc_ether' and 'wl' drivers have conflicts

[ 5.588207] eth0 (wl): not using net_device_ops yet
[ 5.815634] eth0: Broadcom BCM4311 802.11 Wireless Controller 5.10.91.9
[ 6.070242] udev: renamed network interface eth0 to eth3
[ 6.107130] eth0: register 'cdc_ether' at usb-0000:00:02.0-1, CDC
Ethernet Device, 00:1b:da:4d:a4:cc

At first 'eth0' provided by 'wl', while loading 'cdc_ether', udev changed
wireless interface from 'eth0' to 'eth3' and cdc_ether starts providing
'eth0' interface. Don't know why 'cdc_ether' not providing statistics
information.

Thanks,
Mohan R.
