Ok, well if you want to step up and maintain them in Debian then join
the project on alioth and we'll let you commit to it and upload for you.

If we've got any comments we can go back and forwards with you to
resolve them.

Do you maintain this upstream?

I believe the main reasom for not uploading this was that another
package in Debian didn't yet need it but it's true that it could be a
useful addition.
