[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#526462: xfce4-panel: the Help menu item fails to open the documentation in the web browser

The Help menu item fails to open documentation. Iceweasel shows the 
following error:

Firefox doesn't find the file: 
/home/user/'file:///usr/share/xfce4/doc/it/index.html'.

If I enter the correct URL 
(file:///usr/share/xfce4/doc/it/index.html) into 
the Iceweasel address bar, the link 
works.
