Could you use reportbug to submit a bug, that way we would have more
info about your system.

Is this on a standard system? Does this happen with a fresh config or a
fresh user?

There's no way I can reproduce this on any system here, so I can't
really help you. If it still happens with a fresh config, you might want
to report that on bugzilla.xfce.org and ask directly to the xfwm
developer. He might have more ideas.
