I'm reassigning to kdelibs5-data because I find the pattern weird. I
fail to see a reason why *.doc should be considered as plain text. (I
fail to see the point of kde shipping a mime file for extension outside
of its scope, since it'll mess everything in an inconsistent way, wether
ou have kde installed or not).

KDE people, could you comment on this? Any clue about this?
