I managed to reproduce using current Orage:

corsac at hidalgo: orage crash.ics

** (orage:11429): WARNING **: import failed file=crash.ics

corsac at hidalgo: orage crash.ics

** (orage:14920): WARNING **: Default timezone set to floating. Do not
use timezones when setting appointments, it does not make sense without
proper local timezone.
** Message: Orage **: Starting import file preprocessing
** Message: Orage **: Import file preprocessing done
[1] 14920 segmentation fault orage crash.ics

Orage was already running at time of first try.
