[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#638875: login with default session results in black (console) screen

If I leave the selector at the default session and log in, lightdm seems
to just exit X entirely, leaving me at a black console screen with a
cursor. According to ps, lightdm is running, but has no children; no X
server is running.

If I select xfce session, it logs me in ok.
