[Pkg-xfce-devel] Bug#633657: xfce4-panel: top pixels of panel are not drawn

Since the last upgrade the panel is not drawn correctly. The top few
pixels are not drawn, when I activate a button and remove the mouse again
the top pixels are drawn, when I change the desktop they are gone again.

I hope this screenshot illustrates what I am trying to describe:

This shows a panel that sits at the top of my screen. I've moved my mouse
over the geany icon (the golden teapot-like thing) first, thus redrawing
those pixels and then on the mousepad icon (little writing pad).

I've tried changing the panel size, but that does not affect this
behaviour.
